I have lived in the building 5 years, and have never felt the need to write a review until now. The building is beautiful, interior features are modern and well thought out, views from some units are gorgeous. However, the building has the following issues: - elevator goes out regularly (if you are disabled do not live here) -bi-yearly infestation of ladybugs (spring/fall) - lease says it is a non-smoking community/building, but it is not.
