I called their phone number to ask a few questions and he was extremely rude.
Had a new roof replacement. Erik and his crew were top notch. The roof is beautiful!! When the job was completed, you couldn't tell that anyone had been here. Whatever your roofing issues are, you can't go wrong when you hire Emerald Contractors.
They arrived on-site and on-time. Very experienced roofing experience. I got a report that thoroughly outlined the weak points on my roof and a methodology on improving it. I would reach out to them again for future projects.
Needed follow up. Responded and followed up promptly. The result was satisfactory.
I called the company, then came out right on time. They did a thorough review of the attic and the roof, found the issue, took pictures to show us what the problems were..gave us a reasonable estimate...then fixed the problem in just a few hours. I could not be happier with this company, and will use them again, and tell my friends about them.
