Friendly and helpful staff when called regarding a "out of stock" item. Product received was expertly packed and sealed in case of damage/leakage. Only issue was Purolator losing the parcel by delivering to wrong address. How can a person delivering packages all day not read a number correctly on a house?! Will definitely order again in future if needed..
