From the time I walked in until the time I left. I I was encountered with polite friendly professional people all the way from the front desk into the examining room with the provider. The staff was friendly, and the office was clean. The level of care, however, was absolutely garbage. I came in for an X-ray on my hand as it's possibly fractured. The provider looked at the X-ray and gave no prognosis, offered a Toradol shot, and referred me to ortho. It's workers’ comp, so I didn't expect much. I left with a hand that is swollen, in constant pain, and they didn't even bother to splint/ immobilize it. Nor could they tell me when I would be seen by ortho due to workers’ comp. Love the easy way to get appointment. They were prompt and got me right in on my appointment time. Feeling better already. Great place to go during off hours when your doctor isn't available. Would definitely recommend them
