I had an appointment scheduled for 12:15, I filled out the paperwork online and arrived at 12:00. I was not called back into the room until about an hour later (1pm) and then the doctor did not come into that room until an hour later (2pm). I was there for 2 hours total and it was a very frustrating experience.
I am so thankful for this urgent care facility! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable to help me and my reason for visiting. I was a walk in and saw the provider and checked out within 45 minutes. Thank you so much for caring about me and helping me!!
I made an appointment and was able to complete my paperwork online. The staff was friendly and prompt and listened to my concerns. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them!
