Dr. Rhonda A. Hendrix is fantastic had Terrible experience, lost a good customer was told by united healthCare don't have have a co pay was advised i dont owe $35.00 united health even called up there, told me this office was paid full insurance clam
The worst experience. Unfriendly staff rude to customers and eye doctor did a horrible job. I had my eyes re-examined elsewhere just to find out they did not give me a correct prescription. Also would not release my contact prescription because I did not call them back before 30 days. Associate proceeded to say I would have to pay 50-60 dollars to get the prescription even though I already paid for my contact eye exam.

I had a great experience! The staff was so nice when I checked. Dr. Hendrix is so kind and caring!
If you are traveling or local I highly recommend Dr. Rhonda for your eye care needs. We were traveling and in a pinch and we were able to be helped very quickly. They staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We appreciate the wonderful experience and they 1000% saved the day. Thank you so much! You were very accommodating!
