First doctor to help me in over 20 years with neck and back pain. Hard to understand, but absolutely brilliant. Office step is amazing with being helpful and understanding caring and knowing their job. Not sure why the other reviews say the office staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. Maybe it was Old staff? But the current staff knows what they’re doing.
I am a medical doctor and have seen Dr. Nguyen for over a year. As his patient and from my experience as a physician, I find him to be intelligent, precise, kind and caring....everything I would hope for in a physician. His procedures were definitely less painful than others somehow. I fully trust him. Staff is kind and courteous.
Superb. Dr. Nguyen and staff are kind, compassionate professionals who never fail to go above and beyond. We are very happy with their service at every level.
The billing staff is also ridiculous...my son went in for an apt and handed them his insurance card then proceeded with his appt. When he went in again they said they didn't take that insurance and stiffed a 21 year old kid with a $500 bill!! Seriously folks, you should know what insurance your office takes.
Great doctor! He is genuine and so helpful! The staff is ridiculous! They are not helpful rude and seem to have no idea what they're doing! If iy wasn't for Dr. Nguyen, I would not waste my time!
