The service was not satisfactory, it was not a thorough cleaning and polishing, seemed like they used the cheapest products that they could find, I had to rewash the rear of the vehicle due to it wasn't even touched on the bottom where the exhaust tips come out of the splash pan, i would never call them again, or recommend.
I called several several several times and NO ONE ever answered. I finally left a voicemail and someone called me back like 5hrs later. I scheduled my appointment, but a few days later I wanted to change it. So I called sooo many times and still no answer. I sent a FB message about me wanting to adjust my appointment and apparently someone saw it but still no one got back with me to confirm. RecommendedThey did AWESOME! I bought a car that was used, it was dirty on the inside and out from it sitting plus had an odd smell and all I can say now is wow! They made sure to get everything detailed and explained everything they did when they were done. Very polite people and very professional. Will definitely be using them for my future car detail/car cleaning needs!
Two appts made no one showed either time!! The first time I received a call back about an emergency & was rescheduled!! Waited two weeks & same thing all over again just no phone call... Terrible customer service!! Very unhappy!!!
Show up to your scheduled appointments and or call if you aren't able to make it. Maybe even pick up your phone when people call you about why you haven't showed up
I called this place to get my car detailed and scheduled to come on Sunday. I called a couple of days later to see if I can re-schedule for Saturday instead, no one answered so I left a message. I never got a call back after that. Sunday morning, I get a phone call and asked if I still wanted to re-schedule and I said no and to just do it on the original day. Made appt for an arrival time “between 9-10 am”. 9:30 called Chris. “I’ll check and see where they are”. 11:00. No service, no call back. I called, got voicemail, cancelled my “appointment”. Never received a call back, apology. Will not use nor recommend.
Worst detail I've had in my car, had It done about 4/5 months ago. Tons of product left on the car, still getting it all off. Multiple stains left on plastic pieces that I'm unable to remove. Usually wouldn't lave a bad review somewhere however 5 months Katee I'm still finding wax product left behind everywhere.
