Unfortunately the billing department at this office is extremely disorganized. I was repeatedly told claims were submitted and denied, yet they were unable to provide any denial documentation and my insurance confirmed nothing had ever been received. Billing does not return calls and getting clear information is nearly impossible. Patients shouldn’t have to chase down basic billing information like this.
Excellent medical group; highly recommend. Dr. Tarnosky is wonderful and spends plenty of time with patients. He listens and cares. Unlike some providers he does not spend the entire time looking at the computer but actually has conversations with patients and does good old-fashioned physical exams!
I’ve been a patient at Emerald Coast Medical Group for five years, and I couldn’t ask for better care. The entire staff is professional, welcoming, and truly committed to their patients’ well-being. My primary care physician, Kacey Gibson, is absolutely amazing—she listens, explains everything clearly, and always makes me feel seen and supported. Appointments are efficient, the office is clean, and I never feel rushed. I’m grateful to have a provider and a practice I can trust. Highly recommend Emerald Coast Medical Group!
Cannot say enough about how professional and thorough. Front desk was awesome! Cheerful, professional. Hannah Brown was so thorough and thoughtful. Can't say enough good things about her. Love that they are independent and are a Value Based Care provider.
