I have been with ECMG for around 3 years now. carolyn Wadell is fantastic. I like that this is what I would consider an all women group, who really know what they are doing. Wait times are short. I had a medical problem, and they were able to get me in that day, within a few hours of when I called.
Love this place! They listen to you, and are great at providing thorough feedback. Clean lobby, friendly staff, overall very good vibes 🙌🖤
I followed PA Jennifer Bisson to this practice. She is wonderful and I have had a relationship with her for more than a decade. I am now establishing with a new provider on account of the rigidity and lack of communication from her office staff. They do not return calls. They have repeatedly screwed up requests for prescriptions. They serve as gate keepers, preventing any direct communication with your actual provider. They demonstrate ZERO warmth or compassion.
