I followed PA Jennifer Bisson to this practice. She is wonderful and I have had a relationship with her for more than a decade. I am now establishing with a new provider on account of the rigidity and lack of communication from her office staff. They do not return calls. They have repeatedly screwed up requests for prescriptions. They serve as gate keepers, preventing any direct communication with your actual provider. They demonstrate ZERO warmth or compassion. We cannot thank Dr.Ray Halstead and his wonderful staff enough for the exceptional care they have given our elderly parents. From the very first visit, they treated them with kindness, patience, dignity, and genuine compassion.
