Kim was very nice and seemed to really understand what we wanted to do in our backyard. We wanted to add grass, new plantings, and irrigation for all of this, as well as a new patio, outdoor kitchen, and a pergola. Kim kept promising to send us a proposal until she just stopped responding. Our time is precious and when we invite someone over to our house to give us an estimate, I certainly expect to receive that estimate. Kim simply wasted our time.
We did a complete landscaping project on both front and rear yards four years ago. New sod, plantings, hardscape patios and firepit, lighting and two pergolas (one for hot tub, the other for gas grill). Kim is an incredible landscape designer and we couldn't be more pleased with the final result. The Magnolias were incredible this year, and we love all the other colors that pop up at different times of the season. Kudos to a job well done and a hearty recommendation to anyone else contemplating re-doing your exterior.
