Dr Segovia was kind and listened to all my concerns, and in my opinion saved my life. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. I would recommend him highly.
2 appointments. The bldg is not easily accessible I was in a bit of distress when we arrived no fewer than 3 staff walked by me trying to sit on my walker & never even made eye contact In the hospital Dr Lin mentioned several time the importance making appointments on time My appointment 1:00 we left at 2:05 w/ any info because I am using oxygen at this time. Needed to make it home before it ran out My 1 star is for Paige & Jennifer as they were the only staff to offer what assistance they are empowered give
Was not able to speak with the doctor. The receptionist was a rude know it all that actually had zero information to give. Would give zero stars specially for her “hospitality”. My husband had a septic knee which is why we were coming to ask information about his medication. Could not even ask the question. If anything severe were to happen to my husbands health we have her to thank for that.
Dr. Lin and staff are very knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Lin is very caring, open, and honest. I appreciate being told exactly how it is. His front office is friendly as well as the in clinic nurses for antibiotic treatments. In clinic is comfortable. Unfortunately, not all the seats are massage chairs, but there are plenty of big screen televisions to keep your mind occupied. The wound care side is also super professional, warm, and friendly.
I have been going there since October first in the Ivy room, and then in the wound care room all the nurses are fantastic. They help you when you need help in a very energetic and they know what’s going on. I recommend them to anybody.
