Dr Bergen was so helpful to me in the hospital, also when I came to his office. A great dr who helped me very much. Prevented surgery from having to be done.
While I'm sure no one is thrilled about having to visit this facility, the ECID infusion staff make it a comforting experience. I want to send a special thanks to Kimmie, Esther, Chris, Misty and Ashlynn (I hope I didn't forget anyone!) This amazing group if nurses took their time to explain each step, make sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. What an absolute horrible experience we have had dealing with this office. My mom was referred there and had an appointment 6 weeks ago. We had an appointment with Dr. Chakra with the understanding she would begin her infusion therapy that day. After waiting for 2 hours the doctor comes in, introduces himself and informs us that they will need to get approval through her insurnace, understandable. I went with my mother to her appointment at the new location on N Beal Pkwy and we had a really good experience. The whole staff was very kind. Ashley at the front desk was super welcoming and went out of her way to help and all of the nurses were friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell they actually enjoy working there. NP Singh is great and genuinely cares about her patients, taking the time to listen and address concerns. Overall, we left feeling really comfortable and well taken care of and we’re so grateful for them.
