Was not able to speak with the doctor. The receptionist was a rude know it all that actually had zero information to give. Would give zero stars specially for her “hospitality”. My husband had a septic knee which is why we were coming to ask information about his medication. Could not even ask the question. If anything severe were to happen to my husbands health we have her to thank for that.
Dr. Lin and staff are very knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Lin is very caring, open, and honest. I appreciate being told exactly how it is. His front office is friendly as well as the in clinic nurses for antibiotic treatments. In clinic is comfortable. Unfortunately, not all the seats are massage chairs, but there are plenty of big screen televisions to keep your mind occupied. The wound care side is also super professional, warm, and friendly.
I have been going there since October first in the Ivy room, and then in the wound care room all the nurses are fantastic. They help you when you need help in a very energetic and they know what’s going on. I recommend them to anybody.
Dr Bergen was so helpful to me in the hospital, also when I came to his office. A great dr who helped me very much. Prevented surgery from having to be done.
While I'm sure no one is thrilled about having to visit this facility, the ECID infusion staff make it a comforting experience. I want to send a special thanks to Kimmie, Esther, Chris, Misty and Ashlynn (I hope I didn't forget anyone!) This amazing group if nurses took their time to explain each step, make sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions.
