I dropped in during my vacation trip, I received a warm welcome, and a good standard CF workout. Recommended.
These are great people. I'm more of a kettlebell/calisthenics guy and with open arms, these folks me and a buddy come in and have full access to their open workout room while we were on vacation. Everybody was super welcoming. If I lived here I just might have to convert.
Wow - what an excellent hidden gem! We came down for a vacation and we were able to hit this gym all week for such an affordable price. The coach was awesome and encouraging. You can really tell they have quite the community there. Definitely stop by for a challenging but fun workout!
