I hired Emerald Coast after two other companies ghosted me and James was very prompt for the initial appointment and he was very patient through the loan process. Once the work actually began everything stayed on track with no material or weather delays. The entire process from start to finish took about six months and I love the finish product.
Cannot say enough good things about my experience with this very professional construction company. James Senarosa is a perfectionist and I assume why the people doing the work were awesome! Top notch workmanship. Anyone else in the future would have some giant shoes to fill if I cant get Emerald Coast Constructors to do the next job. 😉
The absolute worst company ever. Steer clear of this place. Company is late on paying vendors. They fail to complete the the jobs on time. And they're super unprofessional. I will never recommend you guys to anyone.
They finished the project late and left dirt and dust everywhere, and did NOT fix it. If i could take back my 1 star, i would. Do NOT recommend.
The best get-it-done builders on the Emerald Coast!! The office ladies are wonderful. And the workers are fast and friendly!
