We hit a pothole that bent both axels. They were able to replace/repair the same day. We were back on the road by 5pm. They were very understanding, polite, nice. Answered all our questions and very helpful. They even loved our cat. We highly recommend this facility.
So I just went thru a hurricane last night. And working to clean up the mess it left behind. But guess who thought it was a good time and call and try to sell me a camper. I will never buy a camper from this location. Who the he'll makes sales calls less then 24 hours after a major storm. This makes me sick to my stomach that this company does this.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS. 6 days post purchase with their top tier package and EXTRA insurance. Finance guy is a bold face liar when upselling you. Parts are “failing” and not “failed” so you come out of pocket for everything. 75k spent, 6 days later working on their mess they intentionally covered up. Thanks Camping World!!! Way to make it right for your customers!!!!
