The service department is an unorganized joke! I left my rv there over 3 weeks ago for a diagnosis test and never heard anything back. I’ve been calling for 2 days now and haven’t heard anything back. And then tried to get a hold of a service manager named Wes, who was “in a meeting” So I asked for the general manager and Was told that he was out for the rest of the day, which must be nice as I called at 2:30 in the afternoon. We came in today looking at motorhomes and we didn’t end up buying anything but had the best experience. Jamie Hetherington was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We are young and have never bought before and he was understanding and ran the numbers for us and explained everything throughly. He was very accommodating for our dog.
We purchased a new Keystone Montana on April 27, 2026. We had great service all the way from the finance department, the sales department and especially the Service Dept.! Brian from Boston was our finance person and Sue was our sales person and they did a great job and got us where we needed to be with our trade and our payment. I retired from education this year and decided to Spend a month at the beach in my camper. Halfway through my trip, I discovered that my stabilizer hitch had been stolen from the back of my truck while visiting a public beach. My husband called camper. World secured the hitch I would need and made arrangements for me to bring the truck and have it installed.
