Great service and knowledgeable treatment! Smaller office with a personal touch. Did not rush the visit at all, a rarity nowadays.
So disappointed. It’s still the 90’s here. Ridiculously antiquated business practices negate feigned concern for patients. Very rude reception from the get go - no hello or hint of pleasantries. Without notifying me at appointment scheduling, at check-in they refused to accept electronic versions of insurance card (from Insurers app or transmitted directly to them from insurance company) … Unlike the rest of the medical world which is why we don’t carry the paper card anymore.
