Don't call this place for surveying work, it's a scam!!
Recommended by local architect. Not helpful at all. Told they no longer do surveys. Wouldn’t offer any recommendations, said Google it.
Not only was the receptionist here super unhelpful she was also extremely rude. I asked her a simple question and instead of helping she gave me an attitude. Not only that, she also had the audacity to tell me to "look it up myself" and proceeded to hang up. I didn't get any information I needed. I thought a receptionists job was to help, maybe go into another field if you don't feel like answering calls and helping out with simple request.
Requested a quote from ECA for a simple survey. No response for a month so I reached back out to Kathrine. The owner stated he didn't like the lot I purchased so he wasn't able to provide a survey.
