Unreliable, unprofessional, poor customer service ethics and not friendly.. I do not recommend this cleaning service at all..
Im leaving 1 star because I called to schedule an appointment for 3:00pm. 3:00pm came and went and I didn’t receive a call or anything. I called multiple times to see if they were still coming and over an hour later I got a text message saying they were running late. I said ok I understand and then I asked when will they come or do we have to reschedule and I still haven’t received a reply. I then had to clean my house myself at 39 weeks pregnant because it was too late to get anyone else last minute. Terrible at responding ... read more
