"We are so grateful to Maci and the staff at Emerald City Therapies. Maci made therapy fun and engaging for my children while targeting specific sensory and fine motor goals. Emerald City took the time to understand my children's needs and provided us with practical techniques to use at home. Tremendous progress in just a few months. The staff at Emerald City are AMAZING.
I can’t express enough how amazing this facility is!! OT is absolutely incredible! Maci has helped in ways that have been life changing for us! The front office is always kind and organized! Couldn’t have asked for a better team for the care we needed!
Just read the other 1 star reviews. We can’t all be wrong. One of the most unorganized places I’ve ever experienced. I received a confirmation for my daughter’s tutoring by text and even pulled her out of school yet they said she had no appointment. The girl Riley who answered the phone was beyond unhelpful and I felt like I was pulling teeth trying to even get someone to speak to that knew anything. She finally admits after 30 mins and the appointment slot is over and I had to call back to find out that my daughter WAS in f... read more
Avoid this place. Check out ABA therapy and wonderful made therapy In Ennis. The customer service is extremely poor. They do not answer phone calls, and appointments are canceled without notifying parents. There is no reliable front desk presence. Calls either go straight to voicemail or show as busy. I was advised by other parents and my child school therapist as well to avoid this place due to multiple complaints from other parents and experience; but I decided to give it a try since it was close to home.
