I’m not sure if it’s company policy or if the workers just want to finish early but if google says you close at 8:00 people will come in before then and expect to be served. Went in tonight and was told they finish making smoothies at 7:45. I feel that should be disclosed on google if that’s the case otherwise people will come in expecting service only to be turned away, which is very disappointing :(
This is the best Emerald City Smoothie in my opinion. Always clean and friendly.
Server was rude and unfriendly. I was really disappointed. My smoothie was chunky, icy, and had the consistency of a peanut butter slushy with bits of kale throughout. It wasn’t smooth or enjoyable at all…just unpleasant to drink. I ended up throwing most of it away. Definitely not what I’d expect from a smoothie shop. I hope they pay more attention to blending and quality control.
