Great açaí bowls
I just ordered a smoothie for delivery and when I was drinking it, I discovered a large piece of rubber in my smoothie. When I called to notify the store, the manager acted extremely nonchalant about the situation. She stated they have nothing made of rubber in the store and that she would look around. I love Emerald City Smoothie but would avoid this location. It seems like the manager is not concerned with proper food management or the health of her customers.
Not going here anymore. The online ordering system doesn’t work. You get there and still wait 20 minutes to find out your order has been canceled. There’s only one person working there, super nice kid however very poorly managed store. They need more people helping out.
