We absolutely love Emerald City! We had a toileting issue and not only were we fit in for help that very day, but our plumber Jacob was also wonderful. Very professional, very kind, explained everything thoroughly. He was also very, very kind when I would have to disappear to help my children or when I didn’t know the answer to a certain question about the plumbing. Absolutely recommend!
I had the the best experience with Emerald City Plumbing. I had the distinct great fortune to work with Matthew and Jacob with the jobs that were done. They were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, took the time to explain and answer all my questions, gave me the estimates of the jobs to be done before I agreed, left the areas that were worked in immaculate and were the best plumbers I have ever hired.
