The technician I had was very transparent about the work that should and shouldn't be done. Guiding me through the process instead of trying to sell me on paying for unnecessary things. He was also very thorough, and triple checked that there were no leaks.
Matt was absolutely amazing. He is extremely detail oriented especially when filling out the paperwork so we could get approved for the project. He explained everything very thoroughly so I knew exactly what I was getting including installation details. He explained everything on the unit after it was installed. It took me 7 months to find him, kissed a lot of frogs before I found this prince. BBB rating A+. I recommend him very highly. Very neat work.
