I made the worst mistake by hiring emerald city law group to fight my traffic ticket. After paying them, they have yet to contact me one single time. Every few weeks I've had to contact them to see what is going on with the ticket and every time they tell me that the hearing is being extended. It's been 5 months since the ticket and I just received in the mail a notice of suspended license on the ticket that I was having them fight!!!!! I'm so furious. Great firm with a reputation that preceded them! Brandi the paralegal is great at responding to emails. The process is simple and the lawyer was great as well. It did bother me that there was no correspondence really from their office to me. However, this was taken care of by a simple email or phone call. Highly recommend them for your legal needs.
A completely non-stressful experience, and my case was in Pierce County! When they say that they take your case from start to finish with no need to worry...that's exactly what they did! I could not be more pleased. They helped my 17 year old granddaughter keep an ugly speeding ticket off of her driving record. We never even had to show up for a hearing, and it was over in 2 weeks! Definitely recommended!
