I give these folks a 10 out of five. They were recommended by a friend and did a great job for her too. Not only did they come the day they promised, but it was a wind storm! The guys were up there on ladders with heavy glass while the power was out and trees were swaying all around them! They acted like it was just another day's work--no big deal. Three of the windows were manufactured a half inch small, and instead of using them and glopping in silicone, they sent them back to the manufacturer. Prices were good, too.
