My very first visit there was at 11:30p on Dec 2021, they handled my case swiftly at curbside. They took the cat in, called me quickly w/ an update, then came outside and took a $2000 deposit via my credit card in person. I went home and all updates were over the phone. 3wks later, my cats issue recurred (not blaming the vet). I called Emerald City Hospital again and they said to bring him right in. Amazing doctors and staff that truly care for animals and their owners. They are ALWAYS there, ready and waiting to help in the event you are worried about your pet. Would come here again, but hopefully I won't need too!
