Well where do I begin... We were looking to do a massive addition to our 1700 Sq Ft Rambler in the East Renton Highlands. This is a project we have wanted to do for many years. We had Emerald City Construction remodel our entire home(3,500 sq ft.), obviously there is a lot of thought and details that go into remodeling and Dmitry’s crew had all the support. Emerald City just completed a full kitchen remodel for me, taking a tired old kitchen and unused dining room down to the studs and creating a wonderful kitchen, pantry and coffee bar in their place. The start of the process was to introduce me to an excellent designer to take my initial ideas and turn them into a polished design, then they brought in a structural engineer to ensure that the changes we need to make to a shear wall were acceptable.
