honestly, i enjoy living here! pretty clean, security is always friendly, management has been helpful, the amenities are busy but easy to book, its right by the subway and a mall so the location is extremely practical. i will say is that we’ve had a few elevator issues. i know the elevator technicians take forever so its not their fault per se but it did make the living situation into a nightmare. i will also say the gym SUCKS lol there’s like barely any equipment in there.
The management team is doing a great job these days.
Their builders doesn’t know what they are doing, the electricity is so badly installed I experience circuit breaker jumping almost every day.
