Very nice neighborhood gym. Clean equipment, good vibes, and nice staff. So far so good!
Great gym with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent coaching. Madeline is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help. Her expertise and attention to detail make a huge difference.
Had an amazing first session with Will! Was able to help with my form and exercises and get me feeling a lot better about my path forward with training!
Joined ECA yesterday. Zach and Dallas helped me out with all of the onboarding and setting up my nutrition/workout plan. With this being the first time I’ve joined a gym, I could not be more happy with the service provided by these two amazing individuals. 10/10 killer dudes, ever sweeter gym!
