Ok, so I’ve been a member of this gym since April 2023, and this gym is the first gym that I’ve ever signed up for that charged an “annual membership fee”. They say it’s “standard” practice, but since I joined, they’ve had promotions for new members that waive the annual fee forever! I tried contacting ECA to see if I could get the annual fee waived since I’ve been a loyal member, but they said it wasn’t possible. I’ve been to quite a few commercial gyms and let me just say this place has the friendliest staff ever! Efram the front desk associate is professional & kind. I witness him always being friendly and respecting all new & current members. I can understand that working front desk isn’t easy sometimes especially because you have to deal with multiple duties at once. But I see him tackle those responsibilities with calm composure. Chassity was amazing! She broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand, and I might not hate arm workouts after today. I would highly recommend her and this gym in general. Everyone here is so supportive and focused on helping you reach your goals. They don’t just show you what to do—they teach you how to do it properly. Chassity really helped me understand something that made everything so much easier!

My experience at ECA has been nothing but wonderful! The team at Columbia City is welcoming and genuinely cares about helping you succeed in your personal fitness goals. Shout-out to Zach for taking me through a thorough, easy to follow training session that helped me feel confident in getting started. Highly recommend!
