Only stayed for 2 hours- both beds had fleas, bed bugs, mattress was stained, chairs were also stained, Upon booking, requested meals area, despite menu in room and checkin sheet stating opening times- no meals area
We arrived to an old, but clean and highly perfumed room. The pictured chair attached could not be sat on and should be removed. The TV doesn’t work, there are no extra pillows or a blanket as the guest information manual says there should be. There is only one plate and one bowl when there are two people. The internet drops out continuously so it is easier to use our phone data. There is no one on site to speak with although there is a number to call. The keys were in a key box.
