We paid Emerald Carpet Care to do a move out clean of our home once we moved out. After only 25 minutes of cleaning a 4 bedroom house with 6 rooms to clean, the house smelled like 'wet dog' a few days later. When I questioned the owner, Mark, he informed me that it was my responsibility to inform him that we had had pets. (He doesn't ask if you have pets because he feels that is rude to ask).
