Contacted Emerald Carpet Care and they were able to schedule me for the next day. They were quick and efficient and met all our expectations. We could not be happier with the condition of the carpet after their treatment (pet stains and odor eliminated). Will be using them again in the future!
Emerald Carpet Care, specifically Justin was recommended to me by a neighbor. He responded quickly & cleaning was scheduled within just a few days. I could not be happier with the results! Highly recommend!
45 minutes late, terrible communication, Mario was very nice, and the price was good. Just the lack of communication about being late was actually horrendous.
For the second time, Justin treated my carpet and furnishings as if they were his own. He's meticulous with all the cleaning and replaces furniture after he moves it to clean underneath. I'll use Emerald Carpet Care again! They come each year.
Justin did a great job at our home in Emerald Isle. We highly recommend Emerald Carpet Care.
