From the first contact, Rodney took care of our request for cleaning, made appointment, and sent subsequent text messages confirming and reminders, along with the name of the technician doing the service – Chris – he was very friendly, professional in all he did, going the extra mile to deal with very tough spots on our carpet, a result of renting our home for 7 years while working in another city.
