They had a beautiful selection of dresses and Ithe overall atmosphere warm welcoming and friendly. Crystal was wonderful! She listened to what I wanted, helped me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment, and gave great suggestions. My only issue was at the end of my appointment when Sabina came over and made me feel very pressured into buying a dress that I wasn't 100% committed to. I had read about EBL on Facebook and I immediately had a great feeling after looking at their website. I booked an appointment for November 2024. Sabina helped me and she is AMAZING. She’s so sweet and made me feel so comfortable, and hyped me up. I told her what I was wanting and she encouraged me to try on dresses outside of my comfort zone. I went in on Wednesday and found my dress! The whole experience was so great. Chrystal helped us and was amazing! She listened to what I liked and didn't liked, pulled a ton of dresses, and we were laughing the whole time. The space is inviting and very cute. They have a huge selection of designs at all prices! Would highly recommend making an appointment at Emerald!
I had the best experience at Emerald bridal lounge! Sabina was the best and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The vibe and atmosphere were amazing. I’m so happy I was able to say yes to the dress here, would recommend to everyone.
Emerald Bridal Lounge was our 3rd place to look at dresses and it was hands down the BEST experience!!!! Every staff member was kind, friendly, helpful, energetic and joyful! Sabina was the sweetest!!! My daughter found her PERFECT dress and it was hundreds of dollars less than her “just like” dress at a previous store. The personal attention given, made her feel special and cared for. She was referred by two friends and we know why! We highly recommend Emerald Bridal for the most memorable wedding dress experience!! 🤍
