I have never been in a salon where the owner is very clickish and talks to her friends only! She worries more about her green hair than about her clients! She is a very unprofessional person that should want to get new customers and not lose them! She talks over you and I really felt out of place! Sure I’m an old senior but because I am old I don’t want to be ignored! I have money, too and am lonely and want to be treated well also! I guess I’m not part of their click! I’ve always had an amazing experience at Emerald Beauty everyone is always so nice and inviting and the outcome of the service is amazing!! I’d also like to address the previous review from “Judy”, I happened to walk into the Salon while she was there. I was greeted by the owner who was with another client. Ms Judy made a comment about not be acknowledged when she walked in. I have been there more than once and she talks to the customers, she knows, and addresses them by their first name. I guess I’m not part of their click! So much for love thy neighbor!
