I am extremely disgusted and livid that Mac had the audacity to charge my 14 year old a $165 for a hair cut today. No one disclosed the prices prior to my daighters hair cut. We looked on the website and it said $65 for a hair cut and wash. This was not what my daughter was charged, which is false advertisement. Kena and Mac failed to disclose the price that my daughter was going to be charged prior to her appointment. How could Mac in good conscious charge $165 for a hair cut for my teenage daughter. One of my favorite hair salons!!! My stylist is so kind and great at explaining everything she’s doing to my hair so I can be informed throughout the process. The interior design is so fun and unique which gives you plenty of things to look at during your appointment.
