This hotel is disgusting! NOT the same as it used to be. Been coming here since the late 90s and it's proceeded to get worse every year but not ever enough to warrant a complaint until this time. One positive - check in staff friendly. However pool staff VERY rude. Yelling at kids right when clock struck -10. Ok pool closes at 10 no need to be rude as of 10:01. No bracelet required anymore so no telling if you're a guest here swimming or a random like the homeless men we kept seeing walking through hallways of hotel. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. We booked 3 nights and are leaving after the 1st night. Complaints: TV didn’t work and was about to fall off the wall. Phone didn’t work, toilet barely flushed, no WiFi, restaurant was closed, no breakfast, we called customer service over 24 times and they wouldn’t answer so we walked to the front desk and called while the guy there liked at us, his phone didn’t ring but he kept saying it worked. The key card has stopped working, 3 times in two days. The room has paint peeling on the walls and doors. The best thing is that it's ON the beach.

⚠️⚠️⚠️AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️ What was supposed to be a nice birthday vacation for a loved one with family turned into nothing but a stressful disaster. The walls and floors of the rooms had mold on them, with mold even being in the air vents. The beds were promised to be queen sized beds but were full sized beds. The bathrooms were a mess with water leaking and pocketing beneath the bathtub, and hair on the shower walls.
