The location is the only positive from our recent stay. The elevators are always breaking down so be prepared to take the stairs or wait until they are fixed. The hotel is not maintained very well. There were trash bins in the middle of the aisles to get to our room from some type of water leaks in the ceilings. You must pay for parking every night. This place was awful the roof was caving in no wifi it was very ghetto there were bugs they dont answer the phones at all i tried to call them for 3 days straight no answer.I had to walk around in my shoes cuz floor was dirty.There was mold in room no ammenties were open yet you still have to pay for resort fee.Dont EVER go to this place on vacation worst hotel ive ever stayed at!!!!!!!!
So I stayed here for a concert that was going on this weekend and this hotel was a real disappointment to say the least. I had stayed here a few years ago for a convention, I would say pre-Covid years, and the hotel looked fairly well. Now they don't even have a restaurant, the parking is pretty terrible since I think they allow beach goers to park their as well. Do not book. Reviews are not exaggerating in the slightest. Upon arrival the hotel is a lot older and outdated than the images seem online. We are not from the area and I made the mistake of booking before reading the reviews. I came down for a quick trip work my fiancée and our baby.
