First night was a nightmare because the front desk lady who checked us in was being rude and was not trying very hard to be accommodating or even polite with us, on top of all that we finally get to the room and my boyfriend and I are about to take a shower when from the bed we hear running water as if someone was in our bathroom and upon entry we realize that the hotel room above us was flooding our bathroom with brown water soaking our towels and floor instantly.
