From the moment you walk through the door you can feel the warmth and beauty of Emerald Bay surrounding you. Everyone is like family. Everyone is dedicated to giving their residents the quality of life that they deserve.
This is a beautiful place. Unfortunately a very unethical business, and it wasn’t a Medicaid resident as some reviews state below. This was with a private pay.
All the employees are so nice and patient. If my mom and dad were alive I would send them there
The best care team I have ever worked with. Resident oriented, making sure care plans are satisfactorily implemented and followed. Best food for the residents, great activities to keep residents involved in the community, and wonderful loving vibes!
