I did not schedule an appointment and so I had a short wait to be seen. After the wait, I was shown to a very nicely decorated room where I undressed and waited on the table. The massage was very nice and relaxing for the most part. My masseuse (Tina) was listening to what I assumed was a pod cast on her headphones loud enough that I could hear, although it was in Chinese. Second review. First was abut a year ago. Took some time to read reviews. Some people complain about having to pay up front. The reason for that is because some people have stiffed them. These girls work hard and deserve a decent tip. They ARE putting their hands all over your body and some people aren't exactly clean when they walk in. One reviewer complained that they gave 20% tip. I am 72 years old and I have had many massages in my lifetime but I have to say that this has been the best of all. I will be back most definitely, for more visits.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I have been coming here for about a year now. I tried other places first. This is where you come if you want a serious massage. I have read other reviews. If you want a fru-fru cookie cutter massage, go to a chain. Their therapists come and go. You can be the person who decides whether to leave a tip there. Come here because you want a quality massage. They work hard and you get the best. And then, yes! Please tip them well, they worked hard for it!
