I rarely write reviews and even more rarely positive reviews. But Emerald Bath Works is 5 stars in every aspect. The estimator was friendly, informative and not pushing for a sale. He even gave me a discount after I agreed to the very reasonable price. When the manufacturer sent an upgraded product, I was given the upgrade at no extra cost. The work was done by a friendly and efficient crew, and the final product (walk in shower) works great and looks great. Thank you!
From start to finish my wife and I have never encountered such professionalism, dedication, and a willingness to please the customer.
