Grant and Brennan came by early at 7:30 am and completed my shower modifications by 1:30! They were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable! They cleaned up after they were done and we are VERY PLEASED! Thank you for doing a great job on my remodel!

I rarely write reviews and even more rarely positive reviews. But Emerald Bath Works is 5 stars in every aspect. The estimator was friendly, informative and not pushing for a sale. He even gave me a discount after I agreed to the very reasonable price. When the manufacturer sent an upgraded product, I was given the upgrade at no extra cost. The work was done by a friendly and efficient crew, and the final product (walk in shower) works great and looks great. Thank you!
From start to finish my wife and I have never encountered such professionalism, dedication, and a willingness to please the customer. From start to finish, we couldn't be happier with our new shower/tub make-over project. Talked to Alexis in the office and within a few days Derek came by, looked at what we had, discussed what we wanted and without any hard selling, gave us a very fair estimate.
