UPDATE: BUSINESS IS NOW CLOSED. The fellas at Emerald have worked on my Accord, my boyfriends F350 and now my mom's Avalon. They are uber-efficient and get the work done fast once you sign off and approve work to be done. They offer competitive pricing. (Not the cheapest , but not dealership pricing...somewhere midrange where I would expect it.) Was told it was only going to be $15.95 for an oil change. There was a 95 cent supplies fee in fine print on the counter, but I was charged a $3 fee for oil disposal that was in no signage anywhere, I was not told of this before the work was done, and the cashier couldn't come up with anything that said it either. I don't recommend using these people for anything.
