CAUTION! Although they now have a new name, the sign out front is still there covered with a tarp and the manager is still the same person. Whether you know them as Universal or Emerald it's still the same old BS and poor quality of workmanship. BUYER BEWARE

Come to find out ALL FOUR of my new tires were incorrectly balanced! Luckily I caught it before any damage occurred. Before you bring your vehicle here for service, read some of the many negative reviews! If they can't get a simple tire balancing job done right while using a computerized machine, what chance do you have with a more complex problem? From what I have witnessed and read, I no longer trust them for an honest estimate or to perform quality workmanship! Beware!
Bought the Groupon for an oil change/tire rotation and called early in the week to set appt. I came in on time and dropped everything off figuring i would wait for it. I went next door for some food and when I was done my vehicle wasn't even touched (a whole hour later). They only bay that opened up got taken up by a car that was pushed in by others, believe me I was watching. They got priority over a customer with an appt. I thought this was a great place until seeing them take advantage of an 89 year old lady. She came in for a radiator leak and Emerald Automotive ended up ripping her entire vehicle apart. She did not authorize this and they tried to charge her $3,000 for work they wanted to do on a vehicle that was not worth $1,000. This poor woman ended up signing over the title to her vehicle AND paying Emerald $500. They will do unnecessary work on your vehicle and charge your for things not done.
