After blowing a tire, I bought a used tire from Emerald for a quick replacement. They were very quick mounting and balancing; however the car shakes like crazy at any moderate speed. They obviously cannot balance a tire properly, or they just don't care about safety.
On December 20, 2010 and January 25, 2011, I made two transactiosn at Emerald Tires at the Chamberlayne Street location. I purchase tires that i was told were new. I was adamant that I didn't want used tires. Rico and the Stefania assured me that I was getting new tires. I have made several calls to discuss this matter and come to some resolution.
