Brought my dog in for stomach issues. The receptionist Samantha was very nice, polite and informational. The staff did a excellently fine job!!!
RecommendedThank to the staff at Emerald for taking such great care of our fur babies. We also appreciate you for taking on our friends dog that was visiting and far from home when she got sick. We are so great full to have our boys in your care
After asking for recommendations on a animal hospital I went to Emerald. I was very pleased with how they took such great care with my fur baby. The staff was all very friendly and made sure I understood all the information. I would definitely recommend this place to people.
Horrible horrible experience. I’m very let down .
I can't say enough good things about this place.. My cat was going through kidney failure due to a blockage. They were so patient, kind, and caring. They took their time with him, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. They saved my buddy's life! On top of that, the 5 star service from each and every employee blew me away. Without them, he wouldn't be here anymore. I am so grateful. Thank you for all that you do. You guys deserve 10 stars but all I can leave is 5.

I had several issues with this facility. One being they will make up lies to cover themselves. One statement that I quote from the new vet was she was new to the facility and that’s why there was confusion and certain things are usually handled by the techs. So I was told there was confusion on all parts. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. I was recommended by a friend that even now they said they had a similar situation recently.

While complete customer satisfaction is always our goal, we cannot allow clients to violate our safety protocols. We expect that you have received your pet's records in the mail by now and hope you will find the safety protocols of your next vet clinic more acceptable to you.
I took our cat in to get neutered, and within two weeks our family pet was dead. I took our rescue dog in for heartworm treatment, and after six months he is still coughing and having a hard time breathing. I will take our pets to another vet from this point on, and get a second opinion on his treatment.
Today was my boy Gibbs first visit,he’s a big 4 month old bundle of energy but the staff was fantastic with him,I switched from another Vet because of some issues but Emerald got me in within 2 weeks and have already scheduled him for his neutering which the other Vet didn’t want to do until he was 8 months old. Thank you Emerald Animal Hospital.
