I told them I wanted my power off on a certain date I'd be moving out . So a few months went on and one day I get a collection notice for my account at my old apartment I looked on my webpay and the account wasn't there apparently they kept the power on for three months under my name and the current tenants ran it up to an average of 920 dollars a month leaving me with an almost 3k bill that isn't mine after considering I moved out the end of summer I'm lucky they didn't have time to use the electric heat :/
