I scheduled an appointment with Emensa about 2 weeks ago for the first time. The entire experience was great!! From the ease of scheduling, the pricing, the communication to the actual braiding, I couldn't have imagined a better overall experience!! I highly recommend her. She has earned herself a repeat customer with Zoey!

Emensa really helped me out today! I wasn't happy with the braids I got at my regular salon. I wanted a blunt bob and the stylist couldn't get it right even after I went back. If anything it was worse! I call Emensa this morning and explain the situation and let her know I was really upset because I was going on vacation next week. She had me come in this afternoon even though she didn't usually work on Sundays. She was very friendly and professional. I had a great experience having my daughter’s hair braided! They are tender headed and she took special care to make sure they were comfortable! Very neat grid and beautiful braids! I highly recommend!

Emensa was extremely helpful when I needed someone to do my little sister’s hair in a pinch. She got us in last minute and she was very patient and good with kids. I will definitely be bringing her back.
