Beautiful hotel!
While the location can’t be beat, the lobby is beautiful and the beds were pretty comfortable, I cannot give this hotel more stars because of the poor insulation between rooms and the hallways. People having normal level conversations in rooms next door sounded as loud as if they were in your room. I shudder to think if we had been next to a rowdy wedding party that wanted to hang up all night long. Amazing concierge service by Sherri. She was patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful. I had the best experience in Charleston with her guidance on sight seeing, shopping and dining! She made our stay super special. And the restaurants Frannie & Fox and Hanks were both fantastic!
Zuerst hatten wir mit dem Maisonette Zimmer Pech. Es war sehr laut, da es im Innenhof gegenüber dem Restaurant liegt. Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht haben wir um ein Upgrade gefragt und uns wurde sofort geholfen. Ab der zweiten Nacht war es perfekt und auch die Lage ist unglaublich toll. alles ist leicht Fussläufig erreichbar.
