My experience with Ike Emejuru: He withdrew days before EEOC 90 day deadline was due. He told me forget about OSHA investgation for more than 2 months then said "OSHA is the only way that I'm able to be awarded." He mailed the demand letter to my house instead of the defendant's. He withdrew and told me I had 2 days left to write up a rebuttal to the defendant's attorney's position statement (in his defense, he offer to type one up pro bono.
