Today had to go to urgent care in Laplata resulting in heel spur; very painful. Scheduled to visit family today as well and would be walking a lot, needed a knee scooter. I visited this location to rent one. Received a friendly reception, was helped with what to rent, how to use the equipment and how to fold & store. Great experience! Thank you!
Purchased a queen size Golden HiLo adjustable bed which is a rather high end hospital-grade unit for in-home use. Tom was able to beat the best online price I could find from MedMart.com and had it in his shop in just a few days for pickup. Delivery was not included, but it allowed me to save even more. Great company and Tom is a very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Bought a Strongback wheelchair for my husband this past weekend at the La Plata Store. Excellent customer service. it only weights 31lbs, much lighter than his Drive wheelchair. I can easily lift in and out of our vehicle. We both love it. Tom Thanks for recommending it!!
The customer service is wonderful. I've been shopping here for about a year now. They give case discount prices on adult incontinence supplies. I can call up and order over the phone, no problems. They will also ship. There is such a selection of medical supplies. This is a great store, not to mention locally owned. Stop in, call. They will have what you need.
