Nice product, good customer service, however little willingness or flexibility in shipping costs even given prior order. $20-$30 dollars to ship the single extra tube I needed is unfortunate. I love working with any of the staff here. They are nice and always very helpful. They are willing to look at photos and give advice and go above and beyond for their customers. Marge is the best!
