Sign says WALK-INS WELCOME. 3 empty chairs with barbers texting on their phones when I walk in. Guy who approaches me seems surprised that I walked in, then shares that they’re too busy for me, and dismisses me. OK. The 2 star (instead of 1 star) comes from the ‘benefit of the doubt’ that very long appointments were really close by for all 3 unoccupied—but busy on their phones—barbers (since I wasn’t asked to wait at all).
