In 2021, I had to take out a peace order against a classmate from college. Marc Emden represented him and wrote a contract attempting to buy me out so I wouldn't proceed with the peace order. Much to my former stalker’s dismay, the contract Marc drafted was riddled with typos. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me as a young woman. Needless to say, the defendant lost the case. Marc, maybe you should use a peer editor next time :) grammarly works great too!
Marc was very direct and honest with me throughout my whole case. He told me everything that I needed to do in preparation for my trial and it ultimately ended in the best possible outcome for me.
