phone receptionist was not friendly for I was returning a phone call that I had missed and because I did not know the name. I stressed that it was probably because I recently applied and would like to talk to someone in the HR dept. she would not connect me to the HR dept. she said she valued her job more than to transfer me without a name. So I guess I will never know or maybe they will never know if I was a good candidate. WOW where is some courtesy!!!
