Buyer beware. Be sure to review your receipt. We were charged for an upgraded model of a kitchen faucet that was never installed. When questioned, the representative said " What do you want me to do about?".
There's enough one star reviews on this place to give one pause before coming in. Full disclosure, I'm not a plumber but I'm also working under the belief that a place that is open to the public is going to expect that a good chunk of their business comes from laypeople. The "gentleman" behind the counter today was clearly more interested in getting back to his breakfast sandwich that actually listening to me and offering some worthwhile advice, as opposed to "You're not a plumber, I don't have time for this" Me being the id... read more
